Re: Project: Integra Type Dickbutt - Kaan - 12-16-2015 So after the new TT rules have come out... i'm not hurt. the Js (RJ and DJ) keep wanting me to maximize points... i get it. It might cost me $$$ to get there, and i still need a trailer... but ehhh whatever. I'd have to send the konis out for a rebuild to take higher spring rates (dropping +2 swaybars and +3 subframe brace) and dropping the intake... leaves me 8 points... if i got with RJ that brings down the minimum weight to 2515 (-110). I'm not sure 110lbs is worth the money lol... i could also just drop 65lbs and do a complete trans swap (current plan is to do a FD and LSD). to drop the swaybar i need to order a new full swaybar setup... the one i pulled off the car was rusted to shit and back. totals out to 31 points with 8 points to spend... +7 honda penalty A3 + 10 Hoohoo R7 A10 -1 for 205 tires instead of base class 215 C22 +5 header/cat/exhaust D3 +3 LSD E3 +3 Koni E5 +2 GC E1 +2 ITR Brakes Re: Project: Integra Type Dickbutt - rherold9 - 12-16-2015 Make sure to check your adjusted W/P. I can get a completely ALL NEW honda 14mm bar for $150. the 23mm bar i can get for about $250. I guess i should keep the car legal... /sigh I'll make more decisions after christmas, after a dyno pull with the stock intake arm (with heat shield), and after the transmission gets dropped out and "serviced." Because the subframe is going to most likely tear if Kaan runs a 22/23 rear bar + no reinforcement. I'd think even more likely with the Hoosiers... If you want to do it sneaky sneak, find an itr subframe and replace the RS one with that... because if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying hard enough. edit - and still keeping the itr front brakes? ditch em and gain the points back, i have some stock GSR calipers at my parents house I think. I've also thought about replacing the rear subframe with the ITR subframe... but without a pro doing it, its going to be easy to spot. giving up my brakes would give me enough points to get down to 2485lbs. we shall see what the dyno says. I'm a former Chief of Tech, seems like bad form 2. I'm friends with the current Chiefs and I don't want to put myself in a bad spot with them. 3. Morally i'll push the rules but i'm not going to cross the line... i'd prefer to be max prepped. 4. the non vtec 3rd gen integra has had enough cheating TT drivers that its gotten a big bad handicap... why add to it?
