I don't think it really exists anymore. I mean I was getting emails too, but haven't gotten any either. I was hoping the car show would be starting to get organized. But whatever, and also, Polen is just 1 out of a long line of haters. I like him that way.

Communication has been... lacking, from what I've seen. I'm glad I'm a NASA official, otherwise I'd have no idea when those events were
Anyway, Justin, I say a big no to the xF or Fx badge on the Foz. Leave it alone.

We haven't sent an email in over a month that I've seen. We have been on winter break and finals before that. It is winter time Alumni. Not many people are active on this forum if that's what you mean Alumni which is true. I try to look daily but I do not post. I understand the concern but I doubt much is going to happen for a few months but there are things planned in the future such as the car show, karting, and other social meets.
I'd love to have MORE Alumni/Student meet but it is difficult to plan that I've seen and heard of so far. I hope we have the usual Spring meet so I can meet all you Alumni I haven't!!!! It was nice to see some of you at the muffler install haha.
As I've said many of us are in hibernation mode as weather hasn't been nice enough to do anything serious. There is a classroom meet this Wednesday for current students and we have on almost every month usually. We aren't dead or not a club anymore at all.
It would be great hear what the Alumni would like us to do or any comments regarding on what you'd like us to participate in. Yeah long rant but it is just frustrating seeing the Alumni keep complaining!!!!!!
Edit: I have had a few drinks tonight so if anything doesn't make sense I'll edit this haha

Jeez. Yes the car show is happening along with karting. I'm not sure why everyone's all up tight. I met with Debbie Miller at the end of the semester and have dates and times for when EVERY single thing needs to be planned. I also am working on getting vendors there as well. By having vendors we automatically get 10% (JMU policy). Additionally we are attempting to get the whole entire lot for us instead of the corner and the same DJ as last year. If you guys are so concerned, why not reach out to me (as Jake did) privately? MM is still alive and doing just fine, we have been on break and are back at it.

Apologies to add one more "where is MM this year?" comment to spam up your build thread Justin BUT I will say that although communication and radio transmissions out to the alumni have been few the club does exist and trust me, the members are hanging out, more socially and much more "friendly" than last year (this was a concern among alumni last year). It's winter hibernation. The spring is being planned...a club exists. I spent some time this weekend at JMU to see the gf and also say herro to some of the mm peeps, talked with garrett for a bit too, everything is going well, maybe we (alumni) just need to be reminded by the current officers every so often of the status of event X, Y, Z.
Current students- you know who is in charge....want more events? Talk to the officers. Fellow alumni- want more updates/ vent or complain?....I'm sure you have Garrett's number.

For those of you who have not seen my facespace post.....
Pulled into work after driving for 15 minutes, smoke started coming in through passenger dash vent, and passenger wheel well. Heat was on, no defrost, drawing in outside air. Wasn't coolant, could of been oil smell but didn't smell like it, more of a burning plastic kinda smell? Shut the car off immediately and it stopped smoking. It was pretty instant smoke too, didnt gradually start, just all of a sudden started pouring in, and only through the Pass dash vent.
