- HAULN-SS - 03-11-2008 looks eliseish? - Jeff - 03-11-2008 Mike Wrote:some people build their car for the track and love that there are 57 other people there who could help with anything and/or supply spares. I hope you are joking around calling me a tard, jackass. I know that LS engines do not have vtec, but all I hear is how someone took a LS block and stuck a vtec head on it and it was OMG super sweet until they blew it up. I work with a major redneck hondatuner...so I have heard all the different ways you can put this on that or whatever. If you think I spend all my time in the dodge garage and know nothing about hondas or other cars you are very mistaken. - Mike - 03-11-2008 ok, tard. - D_Eclipse9916 - 03-11-2008 Mike Wrote:D_Eclipse9916 Wrote:umm LS swapped blocks with vtec heads? Frankenstein???? I was just being a smartass and giving examples of blocks that came without it and people put em on....I guess it was lost on you.. - BLINGMW - 03-11-2008 HAULN-SS Wrote:looks eliseish?I dunno, I assumed it was a concept vette. Sure looks like one. :dunno: - Jeff - 03-11-2008 Mike Wrote:ok, tard. glad we are on the same page dickbag.
- Goodspeed - 03-11-2008 I love clean MKII poopras...so very many of them are god awful pieces of shit but to see one in good shape is a rare site of beauty. I'll definitely have one of these in my eventual Toyota farm one day. ![]() ![]()

Mike Wrote:fyi, nothing with an "LS" designation ever had vtec. tard. i was right. my fault was assuming jeff didn't know about lsvtec motors and silliness such as that. - mrbaggio - 03-12-2008 This could be considered a car in some cultures. Pimp my camel.

- ScottyB - 03-14-2008 Goodspeed Wrote: bravo....that is one car that looks so right with black/polished lip wheels. and the rest is pretty tasty too.
- Feersty - 03-14-2008 Very nice - WRXtranceformed - 03-14-2008 E46 M3 with a FMIC is just ... boner inspiring. - drivesideways46 - 03-22-2008 Crappy Mustang goodness! ![]() ![]() I don't normally get like this for every "It's Tuesday!" special edition Mustang, but I think they nailed this one. If I had the money, I'd buy one fully loaded and install the Ford Racing handling kit, GT500 brakes, and get a set of wheels and tires for track work and call it a day. - Mike - 03-22-2008 they nailed what? it looks like a regular old mustang to me. what is it? - Goodspeed - 03-22-2008 Mike Wrote:they nailed what? it looks like a regular old mustang to me. what is it? Bullitt Mustang, inspired by the Highland Green '68 GT390 from the movie of the same name starring Steve McQueen. Removed trim, paint, and "Bullitt" wheels (after the movie name) is all they really did, oh and a Hurst shifter and FRPP exhaust and other goodies. I love this car, both the original and this one. One mustang (besides a Cobra) I'd seriously buy. - drivesideways46 - 03-22-2008 Goodspeed got to it before I did! If you're really interested in all the differences, Corral.net has a first drive that they wrote up: http://www.corral.net/index.php?option= ... &Itemid=26 I think the car looks even better in person, it's just so understated and plain-looking. Which to me, is a welcome change from all the "pimped-out" s197 Mustangs running around. Really the only thing on the car I find in questionable taste is the "machined aluminum dash insert" shown here: ![]() It's not too bad, I just think it'd take a little while to get used to. I think I'll be in the market for one once they've greatly depreciated in 2 or 3 years. 8) - ScottyB - 04-03-2008 giggity: ![]() ![]() ![]() oh and the dyno sheet: ![]() me:
- WRXtranceformed - 04-03-2008 ^^^ I think it just moved a little. OOF!!!! |
