I was mega apprehensive about weather, but if it's hovering around 50, I think I'll head out that way - VMP is a fun site. Leaning towards a gametime yes, but keeping an eye on the fahrenheits.

Edit: I'm also pleased (/dammit) there are only 15 entries left - decent winter turnout! I know VMP is a start late/end early place, but last time I was out with VMSC, they said they never turned anyone away. In hopes of avoiding a 1.5hr drive and a "seats taken", does anyone know if NASA anticipates a firm limit? Might be bringing a buddy.

Are any of the students going to this and then gonna pass through Charlottesville on the way back to Harrisonburg? I might need someone to shuttle 4 of DJ's tires to me if possible.

I have never seen anyone who wants to drive get turned away.

Unfortunately I don't think any of us will be out there for this one.

Too cold for the kart's motor, so I drove the Z06

Where do the results get posted? I'm kind of new at this NASA stuff.

My wind-noise infused 57.4, peak of 75 mph:

Good times, hoping I helped out my friend coaching him for his first autox. Dont think ill codrive that car again, its tough to drive with my knees in my face. Guy was 5'8 and had fixed seat, I am 6'2. He picked up time, but like all newbies was pretty overwhelmed by how fast everything came up on him.
