Honestly, we have 17 people paid right now, wouldnt it be better to limit it to 20 people? Save some money?

There are 6 students who will definately bring cash at the next meeting plus I know there are some friends of MM interested this year. We only save money if we don't fill those spots which I do not think we be that big of a problem. Also that would mean only 9 current students get to go since all taken alumni spots are paid for.

No, we need to fill 14 spots in 2 weeks. And collect money from 9 people. I don't think it will be easy but I think it is do-able. Limiting to 20 at this point in the game would mean people getting kicked off the list before we even had another meeting to give them a chance to bring cash. Plus there are only 5 student spots unfilled.
EDIT: I have thought of a few people who might be interested once we hit the Nov 2nd cutoff date. There are several people in Richmond that may be interested plus maybe a few in NOVA who can carpool with you guys. Unless of course you guys(alumni) think that is all the alumni spots that are going to get filled in which case I can send out some invites now and gauge some interest.
