There are some logistical problems of getting the college invitational pushed up to the Sunday after this.
One..not a big deal but gives us one less week to communicate with other schools and our own new members (fingers crossed)
Two...I'm not sure how it will work this year, but last year many of the schools showed up Saturday and I believe odu and tech crashed with MM members and gm had a hotel so I don't know how that would work if none of our members are at their places
Three...I'm not sure, but I doubt BRR would want to move one of their events because it is one of their normal events as well as a college event

I would like to throw everything together for one weekend but the issue with that is hosting people from other schools. I'm still getting in contact/ waiting to hear from other clubs and by the time they get actual numbers to me (and that we're dealing with college students) thing could get difficult to coordinate.
One other thing I noticed is that HOMECOMING weekend is Sept. 30th-Oct. 2nd. :thumbup: Would anyone want to coordinate an event around that? How many MM alumni have plans to be down in the burg for that weekend?
If someone could get a spot on Goodwin field (or tailgating spot by the tennis courts)and we had banners, a chill place to hang out, and some sweet rides bro (marketing cap on here) it could really boost interest in the club. We would get parents and students stoked on MM :thumbup: :thumbup:

I really like the idea for the homecoming, especially getting a tailgate/ booth set up for the club!
Cody- Let me know if you need any help with this- I'd be more than happy to chip in for some of the costs, maybe providing a pop-up tent etc.
