Ok so there are 2 different lens options to save with,
one are either of these an insane deal or should I wait till black friday
here are the lens options:
Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens for Canon SLR Cameras
Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4.0-5.6 IS Telephoto Zoom Lens for Canon Digital SLR Cameras
and the camera comes with
EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens
Btw incase you didn't open the deal link that was on the first page,
the camera is a
Canon Rebel XS 10.1MP Digital SLR
and you save 150 with the first lens and 200 with the second so its like 530 total

Get the 250 - it has image stabilization, great for when you don't have a tripod.

75-300 was a great lens for me, but it really kind of sucks. going with the lesser of two evils, i'd go 55-250 and plan to upgrade to the 70-200 f/4 ($600) the first chance i got.

Maybe even start with just the 18-55 and see if you are really into the whole DSLR thing and see how many situations you wished you had a longer lens to use. The entry level zoom lenses are really fairly crappy (variable aperture and poor quality) so it might be worth to hold off for a while. The 70-200 f4 is head and shoulders above the ones you listed.

I'm pretty sure u get it for free when u buy the camera and add it to the shopping cart, that's the only reason I even added extra lenses into it

About the 70-200 f4 vs the 55-250, can you guys give an example of how it's better? Say, a picture taken with it and how it might be different with the 55-250? (Not that I'm going to run out and buy a $600 lens, just curious)

The F number refers to the lowest aperture the lens can handle. Smaller number means it opens up more, thus more light is let into the lens. So, better in low light or really, even dusky times.
The 55-200 you see might be like a 3.5 to 5.6. F 3.5 is good, but the lens will ONLY do that aperture when it's zoomed out at 55mm. As you zoom in the lowest aperture will increase, to a max of 5.6 at 200mm.
The f.4 lens will remain at constant 4 throughout the zoom range.
You can increase aperture on any lens, usually to 22 or more. It's the low light situations where a "faster" lens (lower f stop) will benefit you.

I'm going to nitpick, but a higher f-stop is actually lowering the aperture. Smaller number = open more = higher aperture. Confusing and annoying, I know.
Another benefit of lower f-stop / higher aperture is you can make the depth of field much more shallow.

Also consider the 70-200 will leave you a pretty significant gap in your focal range. 18-55mm and 70-200mm means you're not going to have coverage for the middle part. That may not be a problem if you're always doing close up or far away, but I find that mid-range to be fairly useful.

Apart from that that- you are looking at the huge difference in an "L series" lens and an entry level lens. With the 70-200 you get much higher quality glass, better build quality, etc etc. This will drastically speed up focusing, improve sharpness, reduce chromatic aberration and so on. You are paying for nicer a nicer lens and that is clearly noticeable in the pictures you produce.
