the lot isn't the best, but i have no problems with it... certainly better than nothing. the course design is what made it not such a fun day... and yes, i was doing 60mph. what is hard to believe about that?

b/c the lots fucking small and according to their course design rules A mod cars are not allowed to top out at 60mph. So I doubt your 'B' stock car would...

There's no council rule that says you have to design the course to top out at 60 mph, or at least, there aren't any listed in the rules on the council website. It says that it has to be safe - that's about it. I think the SCCA says not to go past highway speeds.

A mod cars?

I've never read that rule..... I've been past 60mph at several SCCA events.

I dont know where my damn GCR is, but my vague recollection is that it says something about "stock cars" and some poorly defined speed that they shouldnt exceed.

also to note, crossroad ran a very smooth event.

Thanks for the props Mike. It is a ton of work to put on an event. Im still recovering from humping around all the cones, equipment, etc.
