Walbro fuel pump got installed, and the motor almost completely assembled. Power steering belt is too small (so is the ac one. it's the same size) Just need to bolt the accessories to the outside, and get the manifolds bolted on ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Intercooler's getting mounted tomorrow, and doing the brakes cause I disconnected them to paint the bay. WOO! Still waiting on the wiring harness to return, and need to pick up the turbo and manifold from my buddy Re: Project: Timmy the 240 - D_Eclipse9916 - 11-24-2009 Looks great, although that thing got a LOT of RTV, be cautious using too much. Aside from that, REALLY REALLLY clean, and is that a white m3 in the back of the garage there? ![]() God once I get a garage again that I can work on I cant wait to start another project. Those KA's love to throw rods. I wish I took more pictures when I'm wrenchin, I get carried away and forget to take them. Car will be plenty fast with the stock turbo and boost controller. Blair's hauled ass!! I'll def be following this build! Re: Project: Timmy the 240 - N0VA_zEnKI - 11-27-2009 thanks everyone. ya that's an old m3 hanging out in front of the 325ix we just swapped a 5 speed into. And ya, definitely a lot of RTV. haha. I looked over at my buddy doing the oil pan and I was like WHOA! haha. we made sure to clean up the hanging bits on the inside. but other than that, it's all good. yo blair i'll definitely let you know if I'm going at it again anytime soon. Winter break is gonna be the time when we throw it in. Think the date for install is Dec. 12-13
