mileage is high, but i love that color
does anyone else remember the E34 5 series at JMU, darkish blue. I dont know if it was an M5 or not but it looked delicious

That's a pretty good price.
I just really don't like the recirc-ball steering on the V8 cars. I mean, it's a BMW so I'm sure it's fine (And MB used RB steering for ages) it's just technology elitism. Like hating on the vette for having pushrods, I guess.

The sound it makes reminds me of our 454 trash truck...just add in a little backfiring. So I will say "I like it, but it needs more backfire!"

For DD purposes, the extra 110 hp wouldn't be all that necessary.

I wasn't too impressed with the E39 M5 when Tyler and I took one out for a spin. Dad's CTS-V feels stronger. Of course the quality of the M5 is much higher, but the milege is much higher as well, meaning more wear and tear at that price. If you are looking for a luxury mid-sized sedan with V-8 power, I suggest looking at a used CTS-V. Less milege, same price.
