Alison is working Saturday and Sunday as well. Laura talked her in to it late last week.

She's definately doing T&S on Sunday, but she can do anything else on Saturday.

I have to double check my numbers this weekend, but I think all grid/timing and scoring positions are full and the last person to be on the list was Nick. John......are you interested in flagging if there is no grid space? I never received an e-mail from you about working and the spaces have filled up. We could always have a cancellation though.

I'll be updating the worker list as soon as I get confirmation from Laura about who contacted her when and for what before the worker slots filled up. I believe though that any that don't make it on the worker list for T&S or Grid are more than welcome to do flagger training or flag if they're experienced.

Thursday night/Friday all day: Peter and Alison

Friday all day: Lorena


Sat/Sun:

Flag Captains (help with training and are paid $75 per day). Report to All Hands Meeting at 7:30AM on Saturday and 7:45AM on Sunday. Stationed on a corner station all weekend.

Flag Trainees: (earn driver credits) Report to mandatory All Hands Meeting on Sat at 7:30 and follow flaggers and other trainees when they are asked to leave the larger group meeting. Classroom training on Sat morning and on corner station on Sat afternoon and all day Sunday.

Grid (earn driver credits): (Work Sat and Sun all day at grid and report for mandatory meeting at 7:30AM on Sat and 7:45AM on Sunday)

Timing and Scoring: (earn driver credits) I need one person to help in registration on Friday evening from 6:30-8:30PM and one person to help in registration from 6:45-8:15AM on Sat morning. For Sat and Sun, you will work in timing and scoring whenever there is qualifying, practice or race for Sprint or Enduro. Schedule will be posted at nasaracing.net today or tomorrow. There is no racing on Sunday until 2PM. However, if you are able to help with touring laps from 10:45-12, that would be great! You do not need to be present for 7:45AM meeting on Sunday.
