We need a few people who can work on Friday before Hyperfest to set up for the event. You would be helping place banners, set up stage for band, section off vendor spaces, etc. We would pay you $75 and you would work from approximately 10AM until 5PM. Sorry but no hotels on Thursday night.
Kaan is working one of the positions. I think I need 3-4 more.

So far, we have Kaan, Peter and Rex that can work on Friday of Hyperfest from 10AM on. One more would be good if anyone can do it. And Matt, we will plan on seeing you in the afternoon on Friday. Let's hope for cooler weather than we had this past Saturday at Shenandoah. Last year for hfest, it was relatively cool for July because I remember lying down in the back of a Suburban with windows open and no AC during the middle of the day on Saturday. I definitely could not have done that this past Saturday at Shenandoah!

Last call for flaggers for Hyperfest! $75 a day. We will be putting in the contract with SPR on Monday so I need to know a final count. So far we have Rex and Jack who can flag. Anyone else who can flag? (Brian, Peter, Jess and John.....I know you are interested in working regular positions)
We have 6 SCCA flaggers coming (!!!!!!), any we can provide, and hopefully some from Entropy Racing.
