did anyone actually have a good time on new years?
just about everyone I talked to who went out had a crappy time with horrible overcrowding, hard to get drinks, etc.

i had a great time. stephanie works at the hyatt in dulles and was able to get us in to their party for free. i had to dress up, but got a free hotel room, free drinks, and plenty of wasted dancing.

Bah. I love the car but I cant justify the cost of ownership and the hit I will take on depreciation if I track it another year due to mileage - which was the original plan, keep it for 2 years - Put 13k miles on it last year, up to 76k now.

I would rather buy something thats cheaper to own (no car payment, cheaper insurance) thats also easier to replace if I hit a large, immobile object.
