Suggestion/Enhancement - Would be cool to see the last modified date next to people's names in the listing, and maybe a small icon to indicate if they have uploaded a picture...

we do it just so business majors can no longer say "like omg! my friend who is a cs major does no work! how do they make more money than us!? like omg!"
it isn't all about the amount of work, but the quality/brain usage of the work
i couldn't tell you how many times my business major friends said that... argh! then i'd just show them some code or ask them to answer one of my questions and they'd just shut up

i know my job is getting outsourced eventually. i was brought in to learn the skills of the job and then when we're outsourced move to a project manager role (which won't be outsourced) to lead those overseas jobs. or so my boss says...
