I actually need to buy a bike and try to stick with it... trying to own/ride every bike i "want" is near impossible. The only issue with Ducati is the service... not the price or where to get the usual stuff done, but there are a couple of companies in Europe that can get a ducati low enough for my short ass... or i buy a M900... which i fit from the get go.

I didnt really get to ride the R6. I wish i had because its such a comfortable bike, at least for me. and i get bitter when the guy who bought it from me pulls it out and takes it for a spin... GSXR or the R6 will most likely be the next bike i own... but i love the Duc... or even a Triumph. After i scared myself on my roomates GSXr after the rebuild and then almost dropped my ninja i feel kind of shakey on a bike... i lost confidence... but about 2 months ago i took the GSXR out and flogged it a little on the highway and down the parkway... its got TONS of power for a bike to be just riden around, not quite the comfy feel of the R6... if i can get someone to let me take a spin on their R6 for a little while i'll be able to make up my mind...

i ruled out the F4i cause i dont want to have a bike that looks like Petes lol! and that would be the only color i would ride from honda i think.

That sucks Kaan. Go for a different year or get one that's been painted? I choose the F4i becuase it was SO much mroe comfrotable than the others. I rode an R6, a GSX 600, a 600 RR and the 600 F4i before I decided on the F4i. I still get numb on long straight rides, but it's not a "long straight ride" bike. I took a 4.5 hour trip to my home in WV over Rt. 33W and it was fine. (Rt.33=turns).

Anyhoo. Get a bike!

i "reseat" every bike to seats that are better for short people... they all will see about a 2inch drop anyway.... i had a 3 inch on the ninja... DONT worry pete i'm getting a bike again... i still kick myself for selling my ninja beater.

How tall are you? I'm 5'5" and have an F4...i can't flat foot but I survive.

If the F4 is wat people call comfortable, then I can't imagine how horrible a Gixxer is.

The GSX-R is like, middle of the road.

I think the R6 was one of the most comfortable sport bikes I've sat on. I'm oddly built, though, and I don't feel very at home on anything that most people do.
