I followed that thread on Bimmerforums and he seemed nice enough there. Dude did some really quality work. Seems like the high-quality builders have this elitist attitude or something about them. The guy (RVAE34) who built the brown E39 LSx touring also has been through some E38s and an E34. Nice enough online but Felton and other Richmonders all claim he's the world's biggest Cars & Coffee douchebag in person. So sad.
