I think there will be a caravan of Paul, Zach, Matt, my gf, and me leaving on Friday at 5pm.
I'll probably be puchasing 30 rack to share for the weekend. If that's too many I'll grab a 24.
I still need to look at my car just in case I hear last minute I'm driving. Really hoping they can pull a few more instructors.

I think the plan is to grill on Saturday evening. Matt is going to post back here with a final student tally after they all meet tonight.
Any alums who want in (DJ & Jess, Justin & Casey, Maeng?) on the Saturday grilling fun, let me know and we can coordinate.
FYI - Jess will not be there for Friday Shenanigans/Saturday Grilling. Have to pick her up at the airport late saturday night in Raleigh, NC. Work conference :?

Tell your friends, I promise it'll be better than the swill VIR passes as "coffee" at the Pagoda.

This is just who I've heard from so far. More to drink is always good. We could use another side of something and maybe some chips/salsa, pretzels, whatever like that.

I haven't been on the forum in a long time but I'm in for this event and as Jake said I'll bring some dogs/buns and some beer. Space is tight in my car though so it would be helpful if I could throw this stuff in someone's cooler.
Oh, and we're going to need some waters too. It always seems like there's never enough water.

Just have her flight land on the back straight after the last run session.... oooooor have her Uber it to VIR.... or take the GTS3 car and see how fast you can pick her up.

Sweet we have everything covered! I'll bring an extra gas canister for the grill, Taylor mentioned the one on it now is low. I'll stop by Costco and buy a thing of some dessert item, cookies or donuts or something.

Alright, so I got coffee for the mornings - bring your own travel mug or something unless you want to use one of the shitty/small foam cups I got and come back for a million refills.
Also bought some beer, burger buns, and will have homemade beans, ketchup/mustard, swiss and cheddar cheese, and whatever else I can wrassle out of my fridge.
Safeway, for whatever inexplicable reason, didn't have large quantities of frozen burger patties. The guy tried to sell me a package of 6 Bubba Burgers, which... no. Can someone else pick those up?
