Bah. I bet it wouldn't happen that way for me.
I'd just be written a ticket, and told if I didn't like it that I could come to court.
Shit, if I were in Shenandoah County, freaking UFO's could come down from outer space, pick up a Suburban with their 70's style tractor beam and drop it on my damned car, in front of hundreds of witnesses with camcorders, while the cop watched, and I'd probably still be written a ticket for something. 'Failure to avoid extraterrestrial influence while driving' or 'being young, caucasian and male while operating a motor vehicle' or something equally ignorant.
Anyway Navin, the fact you're alright is the important part. Sure your neck doesn't hurt? I'm sure that Siantz and Kirk would love a call from you...

I'm just glad the witness was able to back up my story, a 19 year old kid + roomate's word I think is less beleiveable to cops than some 59 year old lady and her daughter..

I looked up the KBB value - private seller sale its like $1700ish... I'm not sure if I should show what reciepts I have from my car or not..

On the flip side of this, I am constantly honking at dumbasses here in ATL to keep moving...they like to sit in the middle of the intersection (with a green!) and wait for the people making a right on red to proceed before making a left into the left lane. f0ckers!

Indeed. As I have previously stated... It burns me up that the majority of women drivers give us all a bad name. Especially stupid byatches in SUVs and minivans.

My ex-gf used to FLIP THE FUCK OUT if I ever mentioned anything about women drivers. I'm not a 100% perfect driver by any means, but honestly about 90% of the time I see someone doing something questionable on the road it's a woman.
