They have em as well as red lights but do not really use them, and the cops dont enforce it. Spent 3 months there and one of the worst things I saw when I was in a taxi was a red light that my taxi driver did not want to stop for, so he goes in ONCOMING traffic, goes around a cop sitting at the red light and continues on through. Every single car there was banged up, im not kidding.
