I wonder how they viewed their craft back then, since there were more coach builders around and shaping metal with rudimentary tools was kind of the norm. Amazing stuff to see today - may have been "ordinary" at that time?

I'm sure it was just a cool job at the time, the epicness factor prob not being realized until years later. Kinda crazy to think this world beater came from such humble beginnings, built by the hands of skilled teenagers/20 somethings in various southern California hot rod shops. 'Murica!! :thumbup:

Hnnnggggg...525HP LS Crate motor, T56 trans, fenders flared. Supposedly made a custom charcoal cannister and stuff to keep it emissions legal.
NIce to finally see some G-body getting exposure..they seem to be on an upswing lately.
