pwn3d.

- Mike - 02-10-2005

supremely.

- Evan - 02-10-2005

hahah.

per the forecast of snow and rain, I decided against the event anyway. (as I initially did)

- Kaan - 02-11-2005

Snow and Rain = fun work weekend! Bring at least twice the number of socks as you think you need. Have several changes of clothes. a couple years ago we had that blown in rain... i was soakes to the skin from head to toe. you'll want to be able to stay warm, and also have dry clothes when you get to the hotel.

- Mike - 02-11-2005

i was thinking of making a surprise entrance with derecola, but f that with this weather. have fun! don't bend anything!

- Maengelito - 02-11-2005

if the weather is crappy, so be it... i've been lacking the gfcp too long. besides, last nov, there was supposed to be this huge hurricane one weekend at summit and it was sunny and 60 all weekend.

azenis on bronze koseis went back on today, new axle is in, new tie rod end is on.

all thats left is a slight ride height adjustment, alignment, oil change and change brakes pads, then i'm good to go! shit i cant wait... 7 more days...

weather - NASAlaura - 02-12-2005

Where are people seeing snow and ice in the forecast? I don't see it on weather.com or accuweather.com??????? Looks like temps in the 50's during the day and possible scattered showers on Sunday.
But of course this could change a thousand times before then.

Laura C.

- Mike - 02-12-2005

foirecast just changed... it has been rain/snow + 40s all week. it now says mid 50s and rain on sunday.

- John - 02-13-2005

VIR this past weekend was spectacular... mid 50s and 60s both days, and while the track was green initially, it's quite fast. VIR has put down new asphalt in T4, and there is a nice little crest that's grown in the middle of the high-speed esses. Otherwise, it's no different.

I had a great weekend overall, but unfortunately I fried a POS trailer bearing on the way home...

- Dave - 02-14-2005

dammit, I can't wait!
I've already started doing mental laps :-D. By the time I get the MC and brakes finished, I'll probably be sitting in the car and "driving" mental laps. Lord help me, I might have to have somebody drive me there so I don't get any tickets.

- Dragon - 02-14-2005

You know you're in trouble when you start making engine and shift noises while you're doing your "mental laps".

I'm sure most of you know this, but Rt. 29 is a healthy revenue generator for most counties along the route. 5+ over will almost guarantee a significant chance of a speeding ticket.
