So are there any objections to me bringing just shrimp n' grits or are there some non-seafood folks (other than my old lady) who would prefer regular grits (cheesy of course) AND shrimp n' grits?

Also two notes:

1) We will likely be arriving slightly late around 4ish? Julianne is running a half marathon that morning so we'll be coming from RVA and have to stop by the house on our way back.

2) I just need space for a large crockpot to warm the grits back up. I can bring my own extension cord to run from garage if outlets are a premium.. :thumbup:

We're still deciding what to bring. We'll probably be there around 2:30-3:00, and won't be partying the night away. But we'll try to stay long enough to see everybody.

Is Diesel coming? Lauren was supposed to ask her sister to watch the dog but forgot so I have a feeling ours will be coming along. Kaan there's no chance you fenced in your backyard this year is there?

Max may be coming. I don't think i want to leave him alone at the gfs for 12 hours

let me know when you are ready to dig enough holes to fence in 5.5 acres and i'll fence it in.

No thanks, I spent practically every weekend from 8th to 11th grade tamping in 4x4s to build 3 board fencing for every friggin pasture on my parents' 25 acre farm.

Yeah, if we bring the dog we'll probably come early and not stay that late, she'll have to stay on-leash too. It's kind of a massive pain in the dick to take the dog anywhere, especially when that somewhere involves lots of people and food. Hopefully we can find someone to watch her.

How old is she? Can she not stay at home?
