I finally have a car worthy of this thread.
This thing was handbuilt by a guy up in NY. IIRC he started the project because when he finally had enough money to buy his classic 911 dream car, his dreams of its performance far exceeded what a little 220hp aircooled flat six can muster. So he built this:

Its powered by an LS1, and pretty much every panel is custom. It's obviously chopped and has widened fenders, he even cut and fit the glass himself. I'm pretty sure the massive vent in the hood is functional and designed to force air over the radiator.
I'm not completely in love with the styling on the thing. I love the chop, flares, and wing, but I would've chosen a less busy wing on it. I dig the functionality of the air scoop but its a little gaudy to look at, and the Matte Black definitely wouldn't be my first choice. But with a car like this, its the work that goes into it that's really amazing and H&B worthy, not the small styling details.

Sorry, FUGLY. If he had not chopped the top, added vents to the side, added vents up front, and then painted in a nice color I would be H&Bed all over myself.

I think those funky-ass side vents are actually functional too, its where the air intake is, but yeah, pretty gaudy.

Like I said, im not into some of the things he did, but the level of fabrication and attention to detail that went in it impresses me, and it must be shit all terrifying to drive.

My mom had a lot of cool cars. 2 camaros a mustang and a vette before she met my dad. The Celica was the first foreign car she ever bought.

I went and sat in an ATS the other day just to see what it was like, and i kept thinking "please make this in a V" and it looks like now you will get like 3 - 4 choices of that platform with some guts
