I guess I shouldn't be surprised to disagree with you, Lee, since I do on like 90% of your posts. Your trolling would have a chance at being amusing (nice choice of topic, real potential hilarity with pregnant women) if you hadn't already come off as a massive bellend dozens of other times on these forums.

Wait until your pregnant wife has already worked a full day and can't even fit her swollen feet into shoes and get back to me.

omg i've been missing so much good shit. Confusedcrambling to catch up before somebody deletes something:

choose your battles more wisely, padawan. you don't fuck with pregnant... shit sounds terrible.

I would, but my wife doesn't work. And if that's the case I'm headed to the store for her because contrary to my trolling I am told I am a good husband. Amusing to see the actual hate though! Yall clearly don't know me.

Man! I bet you dudes are tons of fun after a few beers around the backgammon table.

Mikey: noted, although the reactions here are similar to what Chad used to accomplish with his blunt force trauma approach

So I'm going to to jump in here. Since I've actually been pregnant. And none of you fuckers ever will be. Those "expectant mother" signs are a courtesy. They aren't every where, and really, who gives a shit. When you are pregnant, everything sucks, so what's a little more walking. I know ya'll think Lee is trolling, but I gotta tell ya, I agree with him. The signs are dumb as shit. Walk your fat, pregnant ass into the store, or tell your husband to go do it. Jesus, people, our parents survived without all these "courtesy" signs, I think we could do well to skip them.

Now if they made signs for parents of disagreeable toddlers we might have something.

If nothing else came from the "friendly" exchange today at least it's pretty clear now who on this forum subscribes to the coddle culture. Your participation trophies are in the mail friends.

Another thing that grinds my gears: participation trophies

Raising a generation of pussies. I will be sure Averie chucks any participation trophy she receives directly back at the giver.

You lose, someone else wins, it sucks, ya get over it.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?! - Apoc - 11-18-2015

I agree with Lee. :dunno:

IMO, reserved spots should be for people who at a disadvantage through circumstance. If pregnant women have reserved spots, do I get one too because I'm fat? They're both physically demanding.

My wife thinks the idea is "kind of stupid," so there's little correlation with having a dick or driving a Jag. "If they have those, they should also be for people who has a back issue, but it's not something that requires handicapped plates."

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?! - Evan - 11-18-2015

First off Lee,
Nobody here believes for a second that you dont park out in a different zip code so somebody doesnt scratch your powder coated muffler tips.

Second, if you're talking about people needing exercise, the only parking spot you need to worry about is the one in front of the gym so you can put some muscle on than 12 year old girl frame of yours.

Third, dont even talk about pregnant. strap on 40 pounds, turn your feet into blood baloons, swell your joints and suck out every ounce of your energy because YOU ARE MAKING A HUMAN INSIDE OF YOU. Stop being fucking lazy. Whining about giving up a close spot to the grocery store is pretty bitch ass move. I promise you they will never put those signs in at the country club so you should be fine.
And your wife saying what she WILL do when she gets pregnant is like saying when I get shot in the face with a shotgun Im going to whistle dixie and dance a jig.

oh one more thing,
who the fuck plays backgammon? Are you 80?

non sequitur

Choice is irrelevant to courtesy or compassion.

That logic would eliminate all social welfare programs, obamacare, food stamps, drug rehab, unemployment, medicaid, AA, scholarships etc.
You live in washington and vote democrat so Im pretty sure you're full of shit.

So do fat people, who share many of the same physical ailments, get courtesy or compassion?

...and I vote against taxation or bonds for anything that isn't delivering water to my house when it's on fire, including social programs and education. Pretty sure they'd take my car away, if they knew my voting history.

I'm anti-religion, not Democrat.

FAT PEOPLE DO NOT SHARE THE SAME BURDEN AS PREGNANT WOMEN

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?! - Apoc - 11-19-2015

How do you know? Have you ever been fat and/or pregnant?

WRXtranceformed Wrote:So if I have a hard time carrying around this massive dack in my pants, do I qualify for a closer parking spot? Should I maybe raise a concern about a lack of close parking signage indicating "Parking for Dudes With Big Dacks"?
Well, if you've got a 6-9 lb penis you've probably got elephantiasis. Elephantiasis in the genitals would be extremely painful (and grotesque) so I would be in favor of special parking spaces for those afflicted with pachyderm penis.

Quote:IMO, reserved spots should be for people who at a disadvantage through circumstance. If pregnant women have reserved spots, do I get one too because I'm fat? They're both physically demanding.
Both involve a choice, but one is a choice that is required for the survival of the human race. And really, giving overweight people a space closer to the door isn't helping them anyway.

Spaces for pregnant women aren't really an entitlement or a sign of the wussification of America to me. It's just businesses trying to make a nice gesture towards pregnant women that they hope will be appreciated and result in more business. When someone tries to make pregnancy spaces the law of the land, that's when you should be worried.

I can't really get worked up about losing one or two spaces at the grocery store. A woman is pregnant for 9 months and only the last few are particularly difficult for getting around. Someone is only 3 months along don't need no parking space. But I'm not gonna get salty about that. Same deal with spaces for veterans. The vast majority of people who serve in the military never go into harm's way to put the mushroom stamp of freedom on the foreheads of our enemies. But if some business wants to give military free parking spaces or some discount or whatever, have at it. Why does everyone have to be mad that some people get a small perk that you don't get?
