I think if I had ridden previously, or had someone that knew what they were doing to teach me, I wouldn't be as intent on taking the MSF (as bad as that sounds). Not saying I wouldnt do it, but I dont know if I would have done it as soon. But, since I dont have either of those, might as well kill two birds with one stone and learn to ride while taking the class.

i totally plan on taking it, but i'm lazy. yeah, g has been kind enough to beej and i to show us the ropes. it really only took like an hour to feel pretty comfotable, but i have yet to deal with traffic or anything and i won't until i own my own. i figure i'll get a bike, ride it short distances or with friends, and not too long afterwards take the msf.

Sign up for the MSF now motherfucker. You DRAMATICALLY decrease your chances of getting in a crash if you do.

- Mike - 06-05-2006

then what is your excuse? ohhhh damnnnn burrrrn!

I'm still standing here. Taking professional instruction is the difference between an embarassing 5 mph drop and a hospitalizing 35 mph drop.

I will UFC your ass!

Seriously just sign up for the MSF. Its a lot easier than trying to pass the DMV test with a sportbike anyway.

That looks more like a RJ paint scheme.

- Mike - 06-06-2006

that paint scheme is awful. i'm looking at something a little bit nicer at lunch Smile

- damnit458 - 06-06-2006

Is that a stock paint scheme? I dunno, I just cant see people thinking that would be a popular seller...

nothing some sand paper, primer, and paint won't fix.

- damnit458 - 06-06-2006

Lol oh if I actually had money, and the guy could be talked down a bit I wouldnt mind buying something like that. Although I dont know if I really would go through the trouble of repainting it. Im just curious. Its just a really weird color combo to have stock, or atleast IMHO.

- Kaan - 06-06-2006

Those are definately the stock colors on that bike. from what i can see with this jacked up DoD connection... its not in bad shape.

did you see someone with a NEON green shirt yesterday on 395 north? Tongue

- Evan - 06-06-2006

it was 1991. neon was big

- Kaan - 06-06-2006

if you are asking if i saw you... nope lol... when i drive into work and go home in the afternoon... i'm in a daze. Plus i was dreading the trip to the DMV...

somehow i have to convince the person to let me have my M back after i pass the written test... hopefully tomorrow the bike is out of the shop so i can get plates for it on a seperate trip. too bad the DMV in hoodbridge was closed yesterday... bastards... put me a day behind because of something being jacked up with their computers.

- Kaan - 06-06-2006

you'll also find that same bike with a fairly bright blue for the main color and neon orange and pink for the other colors... i think honda gave all F2s gay pride colors...

Makes sense now why for the longest time RJ was looking for a F2.
